British Motor Museum

 

 

Late last October I was invited to the British Motor Museum by the owner of a specific Jaguar XK 120. He wanted to re-unite the three XK 120's that took part in the 1953 RAC Rally and were captured together on the cover of the 1953 commerative CORGI box set celebrating the famous rally. It would be the first time these three cars had been side by side since 1953

So, on a rather overcast morning we all met at Gaydon to re-create the scene together with some images of the owners car on site
